STAGE 1: EVALUATION & INITIAL ASSESSMENT OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION CLIMATE
o Administer a web-based survey via Survey Monkey to all employees or select employee groups
o Administration Period: Three (3) Weeks
o Analysis: Submit a proposal with RECOMMENDATIONS based upon the initial survey findings using quantitative and qualitative data within Two (2) Weeks of receiving all survey feedback
o Meet with Stakeholders regarding RECOMMENDATIONS/MODIFICATIONS upon their review of the RECOMMENDATIONS submitted, devise plan to move forward with IMPLEMENTATION
o Price for Evaluation/Initial Assessment (Stage 1): $2500 (Negotiable)
STAGE 2: SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION TRAINING PROGRAM
o Successfully implement a one-day or half-day for two days WORKSHOP involving all or a select group of employees
o Workshop will include:
▪ Cognitive Training/Learning of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Concepts
▪ Simulations of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Topics
▪ Scenarios/Image/Symbolism Analysis of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Situations
▪ Action Games of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Concepts
▪ Emotion-Based Evaluations
▪ Questionnaires at Multiple Intervals to Assess Reactions, Learning, Emotions, and Behaviors
o Workshop(s) can be Synchronous (Delivered by Instructor to occur at the same time that they are viewed by the participant) or Asynchronous (Delivered via audio/video recording for later viewing by participants, pausing, rewinding, etc.)
o Workshop can also be Face-to-Face with Appropriate Social Distancing at your company's headquarters in the contiguous United States, or Remote via the Internet.
o Price for Successful Implementation (Stage 2) including provision of all workshop materials: $5000 (Negotiable)
STAGE 3: POST-ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS
o Successful Implementation will be assessed immediately following the delivery of training, and at the following intervals:
o Six (6) months following the delivery of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training,
o One (1) year following the delivery of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training, and
o Two (2) years following the delivery of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training to ensure that the learning and behavioral changes did not attenuate over time.
o Price for Post-Assessment/Evaluation (Stage 3): $2500 (Negotiable)
